Description: Our client is currently seeking a Help Desk Analyst:
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Handling 30 calls per day, ticketing and logging IT responses
- Escalating to proper authorities through ticketing system
- Maintaining a high level of customer service
- 6 month with customer service through phone support
- Preferred education within IT area (BA or BS)
- ServiceNow experience is a plus
